De Cluttering My Couture

As of late, I have been doing a lot of research on the web. Downside - it can be tedious.  Upside – GREAT FINDS!  It is so much fun to find new blogs, ideas, and even products.

I HOARD CLOTHES!!!!

THERE!  I ADMIT IT!!!

First step to recovery is admission, right?  I have things in my closet from high school, thinking that they might come back in style (like I could ever fit in them).  Clothes with tags still on them – bought thinking, LOVE this – but seriously need to be twenty years younger to wear!  I am an impulse shopper and easily swayed by BLING.  (Dolly Parton and I must be related.)  Deep down, I really want to have the polished, tailored, simple style – like Ann Taylor.  For some reason, all the color and bling are over whelming my closet!!!

Always the Planner’s post “My Basics“, which includes a list of 50 classic items for your wardrobe, is my intervention.  She lists all the basics for your entire wardrobe and even shares how to find them at budget prices (Now we are talking!).  Her list even leaves a little wiggle room for my blinged accessories :)   If you are wardrobe challenged? – like me – check out her post.
